Natural Remedies for asthma treatment

I found this little video presentation which talks about natural remedies for asthma .I  have never tried using natural remedies to reduce my asthma sympton before so I  may give this a go . if anyone out there has tried it themselves I would be very interested to know the results and if the asthma attacks reduced
